paella rice (bomba) & pork belly

Where in Calgary can I pick up these 2 items?

Pork belly, pretty much any Asian super market will have it.

I've noticed some white grocery stores do have it though.

You don't need to be that picky on rice. Just something REALLY short grained will do. If you try to find "authentic" you are going to pay through the nose.

I don't mind paying as it'll be a one off dish I'll be making.

If you're in DT, I remember seeing bomba rice when I was buying couscous at Beltline Co-op.

Having spent lots of time in Spain.......

Most restaurants use Uncle Bens for their Paella! So I guess 'authentic' is easy to find.

I made a point of asking in a bunch of them as I was in the food/wine business at the time.

Surprised me that's for sure!
