So, since I have an automatic 335 :'( I figured I would search out something that might make it better. From the factory, without DCT, the tranny shifts slow even with the paddle shifters and there is a SHIT load of lag from a dead stop.

I searched and found that the Alpina flash is something that could fix it. I talked to the member toxicxXx(Kyle) and he told me about it and that his shop(not sure if I can name it due to sponsorship?) Can do it for me.

Well, I took it in today, met the guys and talked while it was getting done, great guys and they seem to know their stuff. I drove home and I was in awe of this simple and inexpensive mod. Shifts are almost immediate and there is 0 lag from a dead stop, which is a MASSIVE diffeemce from factory.

Jist wanted to post this in case anyone else is in my position. I'll definitely so future business with ToxicxXx and his shop.

Can you pm me the details please? I want to know the name of the shop and how much this costs. I know its free with software found online but I have no issue paying for it if it is a reasonable cost. Loathing my AT also hahaha

My wife claimed to be a manual driver, took my BMW out for the day (many hills in the city we lived in) and came back hours later telling me the car smells like ham. At least your wife owned her limits, mine on the other hand was good for a complete clutch replacement including the pressure plate.

That sucks. I still stand behind my statement. Been dumbing down my driving experience since 2002 lol

Ham...

Alpina flash stacks up with DCT in terms of speed/smoothness. It's available on all post 03/07 335's!
