No, I think he's talking about south of Stoney on the Panorama side. Mattamy/Carrington is developing north of Stoney between Harvest & 14th

Panorama is pretty much done.

North of Stoney between 14 St and Centre St is supposed to be Keystone Hills.

Pretty sure OP is talking about the little bit on the south side of Stoney, between the 14th street on ramp and the Centre Street exit. The bit deeznuts is taking about is the bit that's om Centre Street and 144 Ave, north of Stoney Trail.

Yes between 14th and Centre on the southside of stoney.

Passed by it again today. Seeing green sewer pipes putting in.

I also looked north. seems like keystone still at its infancy...graders, buggies and such roaming around

So are they planning another ring road for when Stoney Tr. just becomes the only main road to use in the area? (Not that it hasn't already)

No, Carrington is going in just east of Evanston. Emphasis mine. It's basically going to be opposite the construction that's happening right now on the south side. I can't imagine the construction that OP is talking about on the south side resulting in any homes, that seems way too close to the highway.

Carrington, one of the largest master-planned communities in the northwest, is located north of Stoney Tr., between 14 St. and Centre St. and follows Cityscape in the northeast as Mattamy’s second community in Calgary.

Googlemaps already showing those streets so I don't think that's it.

K well maybe you need to be specific and show it on the streetview. From stoney the view is of 9/2015 so it should show pretty close as to wtf you're talking about.

jwslam, what you are showing is the already developed portion of panorama. What Seks is talking about is between Panton road and stoney.

I highly doubt it's housing or anything. Looks like they are just installing some storm lines and adding to the existing regional pathway, likely an outfall to a storm pond or something.
