Looking for help for claiming my wifes at-home-business expenses.

Any idea what you would put software and also stock photography fees under (supplies? office expenses? admin fees?), specifically Adobe Creative cloud. She pays for a monthly subscription, and needs it to create her products.

It's really not that important what you put things under, but that you keep it consistent year to year.

Software is overhead so that will fit somewhere under General & Admin Expenses in one of the categories you have suggested. I would probably choose Office Supplies or Business fees & Licenses, depending.

For stock photography, that is probably a Cost of Goods Sold with the assumption that the stock photography is a variable cost against the revenue.
