Personally, I think it's clever and funny.

However, if I were you, I would have second thoughts about this fitting into my personal brand. This type of ad flies in the face of everything else you seem to be doing to cultivate upper level clientele (executive sedan, living in the right neighbourhood, etc).

Perhaps you could use it in a more targeted way, such as a banner ad on Beyond, etc. But as a widely distributed flyer throughout downtown, I wouldn't...

Most will find it funny, but it will be a very vocal minority that will make sure everyone knows how offended they are. Don't do it :D

It's funny, but it doesn't suit the brand you've made for yourself, especially considering it's something you took off the internet and it's not even original content.

The sort of demographic I would expect this ad to appeal to would be poor college students looking for cheap rent.

I think it's funny and understand it's clearly a joke, but I could see all the soccer moms and the like are going to scoff at it and discuss how it offends them. I also probably wouldn't expect to see a successful real estate agent on the other side of that ad. Reminded me a little of Better Call Saul and the ads he makes haha. Love that show.

Like everyone else in this thread I personally don't see anything wrong with the picture, however, I feel it's more because I know your name and brand ahead of time.

If some other realtor with no creditably posted this on beyond, i'd look at the photo and be like wtf? This is stupid..

With that being said, I just remebered that we did a marketing ad for a home builder in calgary (I've deleted the logo) but we had a good out of the box idea building "chocolate premium houses" but the marketing on it was pretty awful (This is way more for the team not working together IMO)
