The Bow (EnCana) was $483 after tax. It is now $315. Daily rate of $17. I cancelled mine just before the rate drop. FYI there is a waiting list now.

Wow waiting list for $315...crazy, if you'd listen to some people you'd think the entire downtown was a ghost town because of oil and gas lol

There's always spots. You could arrive at 10:30 and there would still be open spots.

Indigo has parking at the Bow as well for $300 for non-reserved and $350 for reserved - not sure if there is a waiting list

I was paying $440 per month in 2004 in that area. So $315 in 2016 in the Bow shows that demand is way lower. You can easily find parking for around $200/month in the core now.

someone should tell the 15 cars that come into my condo parkade at 7:30am. i assume they'd have to be getting a better deal than $200/month

Centennial parkade was $550 a month last year when I looked into it.

And where are these mystical $200/month spots located? All the impark lots are still up there.

This one is a bit further west, but still couple blocks from 7th ave.

This thread is actually good timing.

What parkade is closest to the Courthouse? What are the parking rates/waiting times over there?

Thanks
