Small rear bumper needs repainting. Best place/person to get this done?

Smart Car rear bumper needs repainting, the paint has rubbed off (rear gate closed) while being towed on a trailer. Where can I get this small job done for a reasonable price? I can remove the bumper if it helps.

Have you tried wet standing with a fine grit and then polishing compound? It looks to me like you could reduce that scuff significantly without the expense of a whole repaint. (It would never be perfect again without one, of course).

Not sure if that is an option.

Anyway, if you're looking for a cheap job I've seen people on Kijiji offering. Otherwise, you could try Bel Air autobody in the NE. Not at all high end, but they gave me a real good deal on a front end repair last summer.
