Some extremely rare and cool cars made an appearance at the museum for this event. I wish I could have gone to see it, but these rennlist pictures will have to do.

Good post OP. I'd like to see more on the aluminium trailer and just realised I have a crush on the 968 models. Though it could be a blowback from looking up 911 prices yesterday afternoon.

Well, 968 turbo prices like the one in that picture towing the trailer are going to scare you too! Hopefully he still has the original hatch and didn't do anything irreversible to mount the hitch. Still a very cool setup.

Wow. Have surprisingly seen a 968 coupe, and a convertible in the last week. Love em.

The super aggressive 924's are cool too.

Come to my garage. The 928 is basically a museum piece right now. AKA not running.

I wanna go to the museum so I can buy display parts. NOS lol.

The real question is what stopped working after he wired the trailer lights up. My guess is he lost all HVAC functions and the passenger window now only goes up half way, while the headlights only operate properly from 6-9pm Mondays and Wednesday's.

Normally, I'd laugh but I know how this feels. HVAC died; starter died too.

I figured I might hit a nerve. The wiring in these era of cars is astoundingly complicated and unnecessary.

Everything electrical in my 964 runs through the clock. Seriously there's about 18 solder joints on the back of the clock, non of them have to do with the clock. Yes there's a lot of diagnostic indicators built into the clock face, but that should just be signal wires, in some cases the functionality of the device or operation is dependent on the connection at the clock. That's fucked.

Did both last year, just wished I went with people that are more enthused about cars.
