My wife and I are looking to rent out our extra bedroom to a woman over 25. 3 bedroom 1 bath end unit town house in Greenview. We are both in our early 30s, we don't have parties or stay up too late so it's a good house for a student. 1 bus to down town and right next to Nose Creek pathways. We have 2 cats fyi.
