Hauppauge hvr-1800 TV tuner card not finding any channels OTA ATSC

any suggestions?

using Wintv7 then 8 (used hwclean utility)
win 7 64. computer

I can pick with a TV / OTA / and even a no name China OTA ATSC tv.

i made sure the signal/quality SNR ratio is good looking at the TV level meter on the standard TV.

I ensured I Connected the TV antenna directing to ATSC in..




I did try Analog port as a test to tune to channel 3 from VCR that worked...
