Condo rental recommendations in Mexico

Hi everyone.

Planning a 2-4 week trip to Mexico in January with the wife, toddler and baby

Looking for any recommendations for condos you've been to. Only must haves are close to beach, pool, minimum two bedrooms.

Any area in Mexico but would prefer to be in the main tourist cities.

I spend 2 weeks every year in a small gated community in Puerto Aventuras, it has a little marina with restaurants, is super peaceful and laid back. No loud music everywhere you go, lots of beaches and things to do.

I have never rented a condo in community, only houses, but I have looked and there are lots of great options.

We have stayed in the Peninsula Condos in Puerto Vallarta.. booked through VRBO I believe. Facility and units are amazing...
