Thank god it's not another origin story. I'm kinda disappointed they didn't stick with Andrew Garfield but this one looks ok.

Marvel is going to make bank with this movie, it's not an origin story, looks like it has a ton of slice of life/humor along with comic book fan service. Feel like this is going to do well with a wide target audience.

Does Marvel not have the rights to the other characters used by Sony? Where is Mary Jane, Gwen and Harry?

Also, Donny Glover is in the movie with no revealed character role on imdb...could it be Miles Morales?

This one looks decent, but agree it will do well with wide target audience.

With so many superhero movies and TV shows, this just makes me want to see the Spawn movie remake more than ever. Something that is actually dark, R-rated, and somewhat scary.

He is not Miles. The deal is only for Spiderman to be in MCU until the Homecoming sequel and then it's up for renegotiation to keep Spiderman in MCU.
