I know a really good guy. Was totally happy with his work for my company. was a little over a grand for the work he did for me, which sounds similar in score to what you are describing.

I have a guy that has done all my work, and he is pretty good and very reasonably priced.

He also cuts all my decals in house, and can make damn near any kind of advertising products you could want.
