Visa Requirements to work IN Canada

I've got a 19 year old niece potentially looking to come and work a month or two in Canada over her university break. She's a EU citizen. Anyone know if she'll need a work visa and where I can look to find jobs like these for her?

She can try getting a working holiday visa.

Border security tells me you need a work visa regardless of where you are from if you want to work legally.

There are a few exceptions to US residents who can apply for temp work permits at the point of entry.

But being that She is from the EU, a Holiday Work Visa is all she would need
