Generally, what does it take to make a 2006 ish Cummins 2500 run high 13's/low 14's trapping over 100 mph? Some of these local diesels are pretty damn unsuspecting  :burnout:

Probably ~550hp to the wheels would be lots. It's been a while since I've had a Dodge but I'd guess a built transmission, turbo, lift pump, tuning and head studs would do it. I don't know if you need to change the injectors and injection pump or not.

Co-worker of mine has a ~2008 Ram 3500 that runs high 11's at Castrol in full street trim.
The thing is insane, but he has spent A LOT of money on that motor... Likely enough to pay the truck off 2-3x or more by now.

All I know is that this thing was a total sleeper. Exhaust was relatively quiet and it didn't seem to be rolling much coal. I did hear a sound which I believe to have been nitrous or meth. That turbo was huffing something. Not a very good sport though, gave him the thumbs up and he took off. Probably pissed off that his beast lost. Still, I was very impressed at his top end especially.
