No it does not have Atrac. But a cool feature is does have is hooks ups to connect to a mini disc and through the mini disc you can burn cds with it. Kinda of a useless feature but if you run out of mini discs or somthing or dont have a burner to burn cds for your car this can come in handy.

just to let anyone know...the LCD remote alone new is worth about eh price he's asking for the entire unit...

the remote will work with selected MD models who did not have a remote included and are remote ready...and the NWHD1 Hard Disk player...
