Stack gauges have nothing on this!!!

that is one hell of a carputer. I don't like the color scheme, first thing that popped into my head when I saw it was "knight rider!"
its all custom, for sure. LCD screens in the dash and center console, some kind of computer somewhere to control them, and then something to interpret all the signals from the stock sensors (or maybe they are aftermarket sensors and he is running them through a Megasquirt or equivalent) and then using a small lightweight program that he might have made himself, he just intrepets the voltages from the sensors, converts them to numbers, and outputs them to the appropriate screen.

Bumpin Talon, you said it! knight rider totally came to mind when i saw that...i wonder if the car talks?? it still is cool though,maybe in a solid color would look better..

Hehe I would rather have the stack gauges too ...I think. I still think this is one of the coolest custom jobs I have ever seen. There are even more screen options that were not posted. Diagrams, multimedia, etc. It was built by a guy on the German mr2 board. It cost him 5000 euros and took 2 years to complete.

I always thought of building a configurable guage cluster, but that guy went to the extreme.
