BMW accident in NW Thurs 18 year old driver
Tragedy for a Calgary family.
A 6-year-old girl hit by a speeding BMW at a marked crosswalk with her mother Thursday has died.
Police say the girl was taken to Alberta Children's Hospital with critical head injuries, and she died around 8:30 Friday morning.
Her mother remains in serious condition at Foothills Hospital with several broken bones.
The crash happened at 3:50pm Thursday on 32nd Avenue and 37th Street NW.
The young girl's name hasn't been released, and the investigation

I really wish i could hit that driver with his own bmw... I hate when i see stuff happen like this...People need to grow the fuck up. I hope he gets whats coming to him. There is no excuses to what happend...I hope you burn in hell mister!!!edit...missy

Haha, isn't it equally ignorant to say ALL chicks do this?? The fact that it was a chick in a BMW at that age doesn't make me feel sorry for her though. Spoiled brats!
This is very tragic, hope the mom pulls through. The BMW was a the 2nd latest gen 3 series, dark grey.

Yeah. I think they really need to make an example of this because this isn't the first time something has happened like that in this area. I remember a few years back some others were killed as well.
Of course a marked crosswalk is only useful to an attentive driver.
