I believe there's something deeper to this.

I'm pretty sure an art exhibit like that wouldn't go untouched when that many people walk by it if it was "truly starving the dog"

He may just be trying to convey a message that none of us know the fine line under his description block.

I know if I wasn't sure if that dog was being treated correctly I'de cut that rope..... fuck that artist if that was his ploy.....

I still don't think that was his intent.

Fuck PETA. Those loony assholes are every bit as fucked as this guy. I'd be happy to let this piece of shit artist go free, if it meant we could abolish PETA and lock Ingrid Newkirk up for terrorism and crimes against humanity. He killed 1 dog, and as horrible as that may be, it pales in comparison to the scientific research PETA has destroyed (usually using the ALF as a proxy), and the moronic anti-science ideology they've propogated.

As much as I found the "art" totally reprehensible, I completelyagree that PETA is batshit insane and a danger to society in general.
