Need to avoid the shopping malls this time of year, and if we get snow on Friday night, this park will likely be deserted, and the road leading down will be a good warm-up.

Things to keep in mind:
It's going to be -20 to -25, bring warm clothes, hat, gloves, layers etc. If you get stuck, you could be out in the cold shoveling yourself out for quite a while.

If I have my way we will be checking out some remote roads which are unmaintained/unplowed. Winter tires would be a requirement.
