A Calgary-area real estate agent has found herself in the crosshairs of the world’s paparazzi machine since she began dating Hollywood star Vince Vaughn sometime last year.
Actor Vince Vaughn and girlfriend, Calgary-area real estate agent Kyla Weber, watch a game between the Calgary Flames and the Los Angeles Kings on Feb. 12 at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Raven-haired Kyla Weber, said to be 29, is at the centre of a flurry of tabloid stories and online gossip with photos of her and Vaughn appearing over the Internet, many of the reports suggesting that Weber is set to marry the famed funnyman of such hit movies as Swingers, Old School and Wedding Crashers.
Most of the Internet sources claim that Weber met Vaughn last May while vacationing in Venice Beach, Calif., although at least one report says the meeting was in Italy. They are rumoured to have met through a movie producer friend of Vaughn’s.
Since then the two have been photographed together at various locations, including on a beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and at a hockey game at Los Angeles’s Staples Centre last month where Weber, wearing a Calgary Flames jersey, cheered her team to victory against the Los Angeles Kings.
Internet reports have also claimed that Weber has been to Chicago to meet Vaughn’s parents and she moved into his L.A. home in December.
The Herald has learned, however, that Weber is still in working in Calgary. She did not respond Wednesday to an interview request
The tabloid magazine Star has reported that Vaughn proposed to Weber on Valentine’s Day with an unnamed source stating: “They spent a romantic weekend together. He dropped to one knee to propose and presented her with a gorgeous $125,000 four-carat diamond set in platinum. They’ll have their wedding either in L.A. or in Alberta, and they’re both ready to start a family immediately.”

No she worked for Coco Homes in Okotoks for several years and I tended to bump into her often when placing up for sale/sold signs and doing work, she is a super friendly person, I was curious how long it was going to take all these reports of her dating/getting married to come up haha
