Where do you think I got the idea from? I just thought it deserved it's own thread title so that 2EFENFAST would read it. Since he's so keen on an eight cylinder I thought he might like that one.
THIS deserves it's own thread?
A PM would've worked wonders as well...
Do you even know what a Superlite Coupe is? Hopefully he will shed some light on the project.Originally posted by BlackArcher101

I just wish he'd shed some light on how he's getting it into the country
.
Reasons why Drumheller area wouldn't make a good race track venue...

My wife likes to shop but, I'm sorry, Drumheller isn't going to cut it in that regard (sorry guys, but honestly, if she's happy, I'm happy).
I'm also curious about if it comes completely assembled or is there the option to get it shipped up piece by piece. On the website they list a roller for $40k ish.
Too expensive for mainteance, plus I don't think anybody makes an adapter plate to mate it to a Ricardo transaxle.
Now, if whomever's shop on here has that car (I think some member said it was in their shop?) and wants to give me the engine, I'm more than willing to try
LS7 + a few thousand in mods (cam, etc...) + carb = massive win (plus reliability and low maintenance costs)
cargo plane + parachute + cake = win?Originally posted by m10-power

Can you get the kit from them completely disassembled? Or do you have to buy it as a roller?

Yeah for the budget & Reliability conscious, its almost impossible to beat a well built SBC.
Although the Ferrari V8 would be just hella cool I must admit.

All the flashing beeps and lights and whatnot are soooo confusing.
Much easier to understand carb - carb opens, gas gets dumped in, engine goes vrooooom. If engine doesn't go vrooooom, then engine has a problem
