What type of vehicle was it that got run off the road? Likely not a member here, but more likely that a member here knows them.

I believe it was a late model Pontiac G6 or similar.

It was partly obscured by a 10 foot high snow fountain after it left the road.

I slowed down a bit at first just in case but after I saw that it came to a stop without any dangerous crash I zipped up behind the van to get the info.

I thought about that but couldn't figure out how they'd link my witness statement together with the "victim's" complaint if he called it in.

I'm sure they don't have a CSI-like database that constantly scans and compares keywords to link related complaints.

You're right, though. I think I'll call it in pretty quick here and at least get it on record.

Just for everybody's info, it's way better to get to the police non-emergency line thru the 3-1-1 number than thru the 266-1234 number. Way less BS to go thru.

b) no city vehicles
c) no minivans
d) no big trucks I can't see around
e) no trucks without mud flaps
f) no taxis
g) nobody that hasn't had their indicator on for a reasonable amount of time
h) nobody that was previously behind me and is jumping the line
