Default Where to build custom 4awg wire?

I know I know every post I put in this sub is "where do I find X", last one I swear

I need to build 4 pieces of 4 gauge wire with some #10 and 1/4" eye connectors so I can install a fuse block/relay/breaker for the truck.

Some guys have just used amp kits but that seems like a waste since I don't need all that speaker wire and stuff. Visions maybe?

battery places can make it, my buddy works for
    https://www.cdnrg.com/
and he says they make em for customers.

On the note of princess auto welding wire, i went there to get some one time and they were sold out, so i bought a pair of 4awg booster cables, ended up being half the price and got 2 pair of clamps for another project

Visions does sell power wire by the foot, and their install shop should also be able to sell you whatever connectors you need.

I was actually thinking about using some booster cables. A CB radio is going to be coming off the fuse block so I want to make sure I get as clean power as possible which I'm told means grounding the fuse block where the battery grounds. Not sure its worth buying another 15 feet of cable just for that though (battery -> cab -> fuse block -> battery ground)

If all you're powering is a CB radio 4AWG is likely overkill. Have yet to run into a CB radio that draws >100 Amps.

I think going 4awg just to ensure clean power is also overkill, maybe a gauge higher than what you need and just ensure your connections are all good. Come to think of it, you probably don't have to do anything special at all other than good connections as they'll most likely be the source of any power problems you may have.
    Will fuck off, again.

It's actually for a fuse block, the CB radio is just one of the accessories plugged into there.

I ended up getting my cable from some small car audio shop in the NE. Visions only has amp kits apparently so they couldn't do anything, and Princess Auto had battery cable but no connectors.

Thanks for the leads, all I found initially on ebay/Amazon had $20 shipping..and no luck at Princess Auto or Visions. I did get 4 AWG stranded welding wire from PA. Putting in a 100A Blue Sea fuse block ignition switched similar to OP.

Hah, that's exactly what I did

    Edit: I'm OP....

Let me know if you find any quality relays, I'd bought a 100A 12V relay off amazon from China for 10 bucks but it doesn't work. The more I thought about it the less comfortable I was with using a cheap chinese knockoff that could potentially have 100A flowing through it too, so something that's less likely to burn the truck down would be ideal.

you should have it fused anyway, a relay wont be the cause or savior of your truck the fuse will.

Yeah I've got a 100A breaker right after the battery, then the cables come into the truck where I had a relay and then the fuse block. But the relay wouldn't close the circuit so I ended up having to just bypass it.

You're wanting to put your entire fuse panel on a relay?

In my opinion you're better off just hooking your fuse panel directly to the battery and putting each individual load through a 30A relay. If you really want an ignition switched fuse panel I would pull a second one off the 100A panel and put it through a 30 or 40A ignition switched relay.

Are you mounting under the hood or in the cab? I opted to mount a 100A Blue Sea panel under the hood. I figure most of my loads will be exterior accessories and I don't want to pull a bunch of bigger wires through the firewall. If I decide to add more stuff to the interior I might put a 30A panel in the cab.
