Thumbs up My Renovation w/ InRich (Legacy Exteriors Review)

As I recently got my new place, I went scouring around Beyond for renovation contacts specifically for a countertop job.

After seeing his work and reading around Beyond (TomCo's review came to mind), I was impressed and put him on the job.

My parents got wind of my renovation work and thought they should do their kitchen as well so I used my parents as the 'guinea pigs' for InRich's line of work and got the ball rolling.

Rich came by our house, was polite and curteous. He was there with the builder to take rough measurements, discuss options, and possibilities on what the kitchen can look like. Along the way, we discussed about how the kitchen is fully utilized and you can tell by the worn-out condition it was in. Rich even provided tips on how to save our solid cabinetry, which was nice. He wasn't pushy nor condescending and my parents liked his welcoming attitude. With that, he was put to the task of making things happen.

For the next few weeks, he got us in touch with his builders, let us pick the stone, faucet, and sink that we wanted. Once all the materials were procured, Rich just made it happen.

There was a slight hiccup with the template appointment and the timing but Rich was on top of things and apologized for the mishap. The quality of work and finish made up for it though.

This is the beginning of what could be so let's see what happens then but so far, I'm very happy with his work and would recommend him for any job!

Countertop is installed. Took two hours of demo, cleanup, and install. His builders were clean, courteous, and were attentive of what my mom asked for. Unfortunately, the backsplash couldn't be saved due to the stone's thickness but that was already common knowledge.

We chose Wild Sea granite, which will be the same stone in my condo (money-saving tip: buy a whole slab and use the whole thing or look for leftover stones!)

All in all, we love what Legacy Exteriors but he's not done yet! He hasn't seen my place yet.

    We're just getting started.

I just need someone to drill a hole in my granite for a garbage disposal switch.

Thank-You so much for your review!!!

So I'll be getting his backslash done aswell since we broke the current. U can see we broke the lowers, but I did mention that to Don before we started, that the backlash might be compromised during the install. Love the granite choice! fits that kitchen perfectly!

For the guy that looking to paint his cabinets. Do them before your granite. PM me please.

So Team InRich has started working extensively on my place and I'm very pleased with what has happened so far.

As you may or may not know, I have BIG issues with tardiness. It is my pet peeve. I hate it when people are late and didn't give me warning.

Throughout the entire process, his crews gave me heads-up on when they're coming and where they'll park. Both his backsplash and granite crews have been polite, courteous, and are professionals in their line of work.

They entered my place and left it clean as a whistle. The granite crew was quick in the demo work and installed it altogether in an hour flat. They followed my instructions in using the protected elevator, which is very nice.

Both his crews are personable, friendly; similar traits from when I met InRich the first time.

His crews and workmanship are reflections of InRich and it's top-notch stuff. The job isn't done yet but here's a preview (There are more pics in my renovation thread and final photos will be posted on both):

InRich finished my kitchen and I couldn't be happier! He promised quality and he delivered.

In terms of price, I called various contractors and not only InRich's work is better but his prices were the best out of the bunch.

I made the right choice but I'll let the work speak for itself. I made the right choice and any new customer will be happy with the results!
