House cleaner

I have a property that needs a clean before I put it up for sale. It's empty, 1000 squft. Could use a carpet shampoo, and a good over all clean. Any recomendations?

I know Neatfreaks was the beyond cleaner of choice, but I think something must have changed; we had a terrible experience.

We've since switched to Moly Maids and have been pleased with the recurring service...

I'm moving the end of the month and am looking for someone to come in and clean the place to save us the head ache. Taking recommendations as well!

We've had good results with the Cleaning Authority out of Airdrie. They do a monthly detailed clean on the three levels of our house.
