After viewing several other Beyonder's threads who had used Richard(InRich) and being unable to get a landscaper out to do our front and back yard we decided to do the exterior of our home this year instead and would be using Richard's company Legacy Exteriors to do it.
Richard was very professional and serious about the quality of work his crews do, his explanation of what will happen to the home during the process and his recommendations were very thorough and detailed, he also addressed any concerns or changes we had as the project went on and we found his pricing to be very good for the quality of work his men did.
We opted to replace the fascia, eavestrough/downspouts, and soffit on top of the painting. The crew that did the sheet metal were fast and efficient and the new sheet metal and eavestrough/downspouts looked better and works wonders over the old stuff. After the weather cleared up his painters arrived to do the coating, something to take note of is that these guys don't know what a weekend is, most of the work for both crews started on a weekend opposed to a weekday although they work both weather permitting. Both crews were easy to get along with, particularly the painters whom after we changed our mind on one of the colors that had already been applied, made no fuss about changing it to a different one. The finished product on the house and garage looked a worlds difference better than the old stuff, any damaged or missing stucco was replaced and repaired before they coated. I only wish I had them do all the windows in the beginning opposed to just the 2 in the front that Richard gave us as they looked amazing at the end.
Overall our experience with Richard and his company was fantastic and we will definitely be using Legacy Exteriors again down the road when we renovate or have any other exterior work.
