Need identification (tried to steal bike and dropped it)

This truck was caught leaving after trying to steal my bike... Anyone know what this yellow stick may indicate?

Truck is a Ford and I believe the yellow/green sticker will say where the truck was built, "Dearborn Truck Plant Built Ford Tough" for example.

Yes it's usually green and on most newer Fords.

Geeze, thats like the exact same spot. Yeah, it's probably green as well but hard to tell from this camera. They robbed about 7 cars, and tried lifting my bike and dropping in causing damage.
