Sorry, Let me clarify briefly, my company do not usually own building/land for a few reason(environment, maintenance etc). only 2 locations, my company do own land/building. There's always upside and downside to either business model.

Congrats man...I worked in a project controls group for a major oil company one summer...it was pretty fun, actually.
