Is there a map or anything of closed roadways so people can plan routes accordingly?

For once I'm happy to live in Bankview surrounded by huge hills.
We stopped checking for monsters under our beds when we realized they were inside us.

Remind me to build on a hill and never close to a river. especially elbow, it seems to flood every year and then a big one every 5 years.
