The busy body in McKenzie today (10 reports in an hour) - that must get very tiresome for the bylaw people but something like this property...

Why though? I'm not familiar with the bylaws but it looks like everything is on their property.

Both trailers and possibly the RV would be bylaw violations.

Never the less, it's kind of hill-billyish looking IMHO - if you're okay with having to look at that on your street then all the power to you.

I believe the RV would be okay because it is along the side of the house (though it may need to be on gravel not just grass to be legal).

The trailers are violations though as you can't have them in your front driveway.

That one was awesome, I seriously hope the 311 people educating the time wasters.

Part of me wants to live by these people when I get my new place just to mess with them since I actually know the bylaw. But the other part doesn't want the hassle.

RVs are not allowed to be parked on the front portion of the property or the front driveway for longer than 24 hours (Land Use Bylaw 1P2007)

- I guess the argument would be where the front portion of one's yard begins.

Derelict vehicle 6635 25 Avenue NE. Car has been in the same spot for months with two flat tires and missing a wiper blade. Car is not fit for service and should not be parked on a public road

Complainers should have their names and phone numbers posted as well.

This app is a huge time waster for CoC employees that could be doing something more productive than watching this fucking narc app.

I could not agree more with your sentiment. If someone is going to file a complaint about someone else there should absolutely be some accountability. You would have fewer idiots bothering with such inane issues.
