I had a dick neighbor 3 houses away (in the alley) saying that I got DIRT on HIS gravel behind his garage. Keep in mind that there is NO dirt between our properties.

I am currently excavating for my garage, but the shit we are pulling up was loaded into the dump truck and they took off in the other direction.

Plus the stuff that is getting everywhere is clay, it was clearly old dirt piled on the gravel across from his property in the alley!

My neighbor directly behind me says it was Shaw that put the dirt there haha.

He said hes going to call 311, I told him to go ahead. If he was nice and asked me about it, I would have paid the excavator guys to fix it for him. Since he was a dick.. he can go to hell

Negative. Just to give you an idea, the "dirt pile" is about 2 inches high, 2.5 inches wide and 6 inches long. So basically a pile of horse shit.

This morning somebody from the city put in a baby swing & took away a kids swing! No, he just decided to claim part of the alley as his property, and built his fence WAY outside where he should have, lol. From the city tax assessment map, it looks like the edge of his property is pretty close to his house, and should be in-line with his alley neighbors fence.

See if the CoC will come fix my road and sidewalk over a year later.

$5 says complanants are renters (or new owners) - the person who originally pulled the fence stunt wouldnt (hopefully) be dumb enough to contact CoC about the SL issue and expect them to ignore the obvious.

This is not going to end favourably. Judging by google, he's doubled his yard size. The fence has been in place since 2007 and had since fully fenced the yard a little while ago.

So what, can you just call in the encroachment issue?

I'd almost ask the guy first if he's renting or owns.
