City of Calgary Business Tax - 2017

Since this is different than the business property tax thread, I wanted to see what others are finding on their 2017 costs. I'm a bit confused (but happy) to see that mine has dropped by almost 50%. How is that possible? I pay the same rent for my office space this year as I did last year so what am I missing?

They sent out a pamphlet with your bill explaining it. I believe they are combining the two taxes and in a few years business tax will be discontinued.
