    1000cc Injector Dynamics injectors go in tonight.... I'm going to push my stock transmission until it breaks, i want to see around what power level it kicks the bucket.

    I have a Boostlogic trans and PI torque converter ready to go in when the old stuff breaks.

    OS Giken diff soon to be installed as well.

    1000cc Injector Dynamics didn't go in....they gave me the wrong injector tops, needed 11mm, they gave me 14mm, even though I specified it was for an HKS rail

    I took the 1000cc HKS injectors off my Aristo and slapped those in.

    When I get the correct tops i'll throw the ID's in the Aristo.

    UPDATE, changed a lot of stuff around on the car, here is what my setup looks like now.


    ENGINE:
    -2JZ-GTE VVTi swapped
    -HKS T51R
    -Custom T51R manifold
    -Custom Downpipe
    -Custom Intake tube
    -Greddy 4 row intercooler
    -HKS SSQV
    -HKS EVC boost controller
    -HKS AFK
    -HKS Fcon Vpro 3.3
    -HKS Twin Power DLI
    -HKS Fuel Pressure Regulator
    -Injector Dynamics 1000cc injectors
    -Deatschwerks fuel pump (not installed, currently Sard)
    -Fuel system converted from returnless to return
    -Koyo rad


    DRIVETRAIN:
    -Earls 19 row cooler
    -Boostlogic S2 trans (not installed)
    -PI 3600 stall converter (not installed)
    -OS Giken Super Lock LSD (not installed)


    I made 470whp on 14psi with my fuel pump maxing out (Sard pump). This is also with me tuning it, not Reg. I need to change my trans and fuel pump before I push for more power, the A340E is holding on for dear life lol. Also need to put my LSD in asap, traction would be nice...

    Very impressive.

    I still want to play with a 2jz some time.

    Maybe when I'm done messing with this Civic.

    Is that trans slipping at all at that power, or just getting hot as fuck and you know it's about to shit the bed?

    The deatschwerks is 300ish lph right? I want to try one of those aeromotive 340lph pumps, if I have a car that needs that much fueling.

    depends on voltage and depends on what pressure you run.

    it should be around 300LPH, i might need to run 2 of them.

    Considered a kenne bell boost-a-pump?

    The idea sounded like a ghetto solution to me at first but apparently it gets the job done with a zero failure rate.

    Might be an option if you only need a little more volume and not a shit ton more.

    More expensive than a single pump, but way cheaper than a dual/triple pump hanger plus another pump.

    Cams look sweet. Couple extra boxes there, any more of your fleet gonna get them?

    I'm not doing a boost-a-pump, i'm just going to do the DW300, and if I run out of fuel I'll add another pump

    I wanted to try an aeromotive 340 stealth pump, but I got a killer deal on the deatschwerks.

    Also, i've seen a lot of failure with aeromotive pumps...

    great build, how does that valve timing controller work?

    I'm not going to use the old school controller.

    With the Vpro 3.3 I can make Valcon maps, so I have precise control of the cam angle. If it's set properly I'll see gains across the entire powerband, also quicker spool up and better low end torque.

    Finally grew sick of the crappy aftermarket LED tail lights filling up with water. Bought some brand new GS430 tails, inners and outers. Don't EVER buyfrom Option Racing, what a horrible company to deal with.




    Also flossing some new mods, Bride Vorga CF reclinable seat, another one will be on the way soon. Lowered a bit more, finally made an intake tube, installed my boost controller.
