Pump is 91 for this beast, sure. The meth kit helps.
The mold for that was machined by steedspeed also.
Check out his website, alot of people going "billet"!

They still plan on making a DSM billet manifold? :p

Sorry, misread his statement. Shouldn't have said 400whp, just that all the other numbers in the thread are prolly whp, not crank so you can't compare it to the 330hp they're rated at, you have to compare to stock whp.

maybe you didn't quite get my meaning haha...
I know he added an additional ~400 hp to his M3. I was saying I haven't noticed any car out there that is already 400 hp and only cost 20K (not build).
    You follow what I'm saying??

Nice, been looking at the E46 M3 SMG since Conforti is 'finally' releasing his tuning software for us mortals...I'm not baller enough for the HPF setup

Reasons why Drumheller area wouldn't make a good race track venue...

Nice... What kind of engine management are you running with this kit?

Who and where are TC Motorsports?

It comes with a custom AEM standalone. It just takes over the ignition, fuel and VANOS control, so the stock ECU still handles everything else. Full traction control... not that it works very smooth when it backs off the throttle completely at 750hp haha. The system comes pre-tuned and is pretty much plug and play. The stock harness connects to a jumper connector box, which connects to the stock ECU. The jumper box then connects to the AEM. Pretty fucking slick setup!

TC Motorsport will be in the back half of Tirecraft over on MacLeod between Silverhill Acura and Southcenter Porsche. You can order stuff from them right now but their showroom isn't opening for another month or so. Tirecraft's been tuning cars for a while, they're just doing it in a completely new shop.

Can you fine tune it yourself, if you want? It will be interesting to see how long the stock engine can handle making that much power.

good thing i have vowed never to put FI on a NA engine ever again...

    Good luck with the project

oh and if you need a bone stock m3 to compare, i could be convinced to make a couple of pulls...

40 cars since last year, they've been tracked, drag raced, autox'd, not a single problem. It's held up REALLY well so far.

I'll let u check out the car after next week, you'll change your tune in regards to FI'ing an NA car. Seriously, the car drives *stock* until you push it.

I'll send u a msg next week after the show.

Are you going to stick with using a pure methanol/water mix? or eventually use a washer fluid mix?

(I have a Meth kit coming for my S4.. and the economics of the washer fluid was tough to beat)

The kit's designed for 100% meth, so I'm sticking with that. Meth is cheap anyways, and it doesn't kick in till it's over 7psi. As long as I don't drive like an asshole 24/7, it should last a long time.

Will get numbers on Mustang next week... going to dyno with a bone stock M3 as well to get a good comparison.

I'll definately be spending a night at race city to get used to the launch, then it's a single balls out run before I go home haha.

Rage, are those your numbers from the dyno, or numbers that other guys have achieved? Those are some big numbers, how big are the engines in an M3?

    3.2L 333hp stock, I think 11:1 or 11.5:1 CR

The car literally went for it's first run on Thursday. Didn't have time to dyno. The numbers are from HPF site, all their Stage2 cars are +/- 10whp from those numbers.

Holy, this thing is fuckin sweet.

750whp+ seems really high....im not doubting, just thinking it must be a hell of a turbo setup, lol. Ahhhh, did some looking, methanol injection adds a bunch.

I want to see video's of this thing, i bet it sounds unreal.

Just watched some videos on Youtube of HPF boosted M3's. Cars were easily spinning in 3rd gear on race gas. Sounds sick!

Nice to see it is finished.. when are you going to come by and scare me?

..just out of curiosity, what are the three fastest cars you have driven? The only car I have ever really thought was fast enough was an SLR, which kind of scared me, although I'm sure I could get over it if given a chance.

Brembo brakes are next... there were a lot of stuff that was supposed to be in the car for the show. Full CF interior and silver CF SMG paddles, LED angel eyes... oh well, maybe next year.

Here are some pics of the car that I took.

It makes no sense to dump $6k into a crazy wheel package with Calgary roads and Race City's awesomely smooth roadcourse . This is a DD, not a show car.
