aiy_yah is a Cantonese (maybe other Asian cultures use it?) expression in the same vein as D'OH!, but with more flexibility. If you forget something, or if you stub your toe, or if you see someone trip, or whatever, you can use it.

the name girlRacer is a division of Pacific Rim. Therefore I changed the Racer all to capitals

...but basically I wanted the name to convey that I not only like cars but also actively participate in driving events.

lol... "aiya" i think is purely asian in general ... most of the Chinese ppl i've met and known as well as most (if not all) Vietnamese ppl use it. i love it's flexibility
