This Spurs team may actually be one of the greatest teams of all time. The way they play is truly a pleasure to watch.

I've been telling my team for months.

    The Spurs play good basketball.

The Heat and Thunder have good basketball players.

They are playing amazing basketball. Team basketball.
Duncan was a beast tonight, turning the clock back for sure.

So many nice passes. So many good things to talk about the Spurs right now haha.

The passing, ball movement, court awareness, and ability to knock down shots from that team is amazing. Ginobili's footwork, ability to split defenses, and knock down big shots is as good as anyone's. That Splitter hacking really ruined the flow of the game as I thought it was done too early.

People that hate on this team really have no real reason to. They are balling out, just plain out playing pure basketball. The haters are either ignorant or truly don't like/know basketball because regardless of the logo on the jersey, they are playing the game well. Any team would want to execute like them.

If and when the Spurs win it all this season there'll be another asterisk.

Don't worry about it. 2 "half" championships make 1 full one.

I think people forget that Ginobili is left handed, and they're playing him like he's right-handed. I'm noticing that he's going up with his right a lot and finishing with his left.

Plus, I think the Spurs-hate is weird because they're the only team that I can think of that keeps getting the 'boring' label but is still 2nd in the league in scoring.

I was really looking forward to a Heat/OKC final. Hmm...

    No alley-oops. Lol.

Not a big Spurs fan but I'd rather watch them play than the Clips any day.

Ya overall not a very athletic team. Like the old guy at the gym that torches u because he know all the fundamentals. Outside of Parker and Ginobli (who are more crafty than fast) the rest of the team is full of aging vets (Duncan, Diaw, SJax).

Never liked the Spurs but I do admire the ability of their scounts to draft and sign players that are perfect fits into system.

And number 1 ranked offence. They got finesse (Ginobili) and power dunks(Blair, Leonard) and shooting (pretty much the whole team haha) so it boring doesn't make sense to me either. They have pretty much everything people want to see in other teams but are still being called boring...

This is entirely untrue. Their average age is 27 or so. That's far from a team full of aging veterans. Only Duncan (36), Cap Jack (34), Bonner (32 - not really old), and Ginobili (34) are old. Diaw is as old as Tony. They have quite a few players under 25 and Tony is fast. He's probably one of the fastest players in the league.

Huge game by Rondo tonight, not big enough but extremely impressive none the less.

I can't get over how many free throws are missed by some of these guys sometimes. Dwade tonight, hit them when really needed but it shouldn't of went into OT. Should of been over after the 4th Q.

Ah well, I do think the Heat are taking out Boston. Interested in how the finals are going to be. Heat vs. Spurs.

It's gonna be interesting to see how the Thunder, particularly Durant, play tonight. He gets touches but he needs to put up more shots (25-30) and Russ needs to take less (<20), even though Durant wants him to shoot more than him.
