SGI Canada. Broker through Alberta. Its a work truck with commercial insurance if that matters.

Previous to 2011 we dealt with SGI Canada in an office I worked at. We cut ties due to claims service. Looks like the story hasn't changed. Too bad.

Thats what I am starting to hear as well MB. Ill be switching over all my coverage (home, rental properties, business, auto, trailers, dirtbikes etc) and will give you a call when doing so. I have been with my broker since I moved to AB in 2003. Time for a change!
I got an email back from the adjuster asking me for the shops information which he should have had since he said he spoke directly to the shop. How did you previously speak with them if you didn't know who the shop was? In my opinion SGI Canada is not ethical and not honest in their dealings.
I don't have the time to deal with this bs, but Ill make time out of principle.
