    Default Recommendations for Mud & Taper, also stucco guy

    As the subject states, I'm looking for someone to mud and tape my garage. The drywall is hung so I'm looking to finish it up. Any recommendations?

    I'm also looking for someone to apply trim around the garage doors and windows as well as do a stucco scratch coat. Anyone on here recently have some work done?

    I too will be looking for a mudding and taping guy. Small job, one bedroom.

    Note to OP: Some mudders don't like DIY'er drywall hangs, if not done right, can cause for a lot more work. Hopefully yours was done correct with the tapered edges, etc.

    If anyone is looking for a mudder, taper or painter, please send me a PM. I think he also does ceiling work too. He's a retired guy that's just looking for some work to keep himself busy. He charges $25 per hour for his time and your pay/provide the supplies/material.

    I had him do a room in my house and from what I can tell, he did a very good job. He's busy so it may take some time to get around to you since he's not really doing this for the money so don't expect him to work 12 hours a day.

    I used the guy recommended by Euro838 and I would not recommend him. Long story short, I had to finish the job he started.
