Running speaker wire in exterior wall

Want to mount speakers on wall in living room. The wall is exterior with insulation and vapour barrier. Want speakers at 6' height.

Any suggestions how to run wire from speaker to bellow baseboard on inside of wall?

my old ass house. that already had a finished basement. i used s dremel and put a trench in the drywall. then mudded over the wire.
