Structured Media Boxes

So I just moved into a new condo and went with Shaw for internet for the BB150 deal.

I have a structured media enclosure in my unit without a door/front panel.

The builder states that the door/front panel is supplied by Telus as the box was provided by Telus. Shaw says they don't supply such things.

I find this frustrating as I do not want to use Telus.

Has anyone heard of this issue?

Where I can get a front panel for the enclosure?

They sell doors on Amazon, search for the enclosure model.
