Got to level 14 max today. Got grouped with a good set of players and won majority of the games. Ended up adding them to the friends list so we can regroup again.

First impressions:

Definitely takes time to get a handle and scale the buildings. I still use the stairs from time to time.

It has it's similarities with halo but at the same time different. Maybe because of the Titans.

Weapons are ok but I'm loving the smart pistol!

Titans does feel like you are maneuvering a machine and it does have a different strategy. Just to stay alive was hard enough.

My favorite - cowboying up an enemy Titan! Last game we played I cowboyed and killed 8 Titans in one game!

Verdict - March 11 is taking too long!

Not a huge fan of FPS future stuff but Zampella and West did a great job imo - those 2 are really the only reason I had some faith in this game and their studio, this embodies everything I liked about CoD 1 and 2 as well as MW1, all things they worked on when they were with IW.

People are whining and crying saying it's like CoD but with mechs, sure, but these guys essentially created what present day CoD has come to be (subsequently ruined by Bobby Kotick greed) when they made MW1, only they've really put their own unique touch in this game - the scenery(max on PC is A+)/gameplay/mechanics all work really good together, I like how you can jump out of the Titan at will, do your thing then get back in and take care of business. Is it a game/industry changer? I don't think so but it's a nice change and I'm onboard with it.

Got one game in tonight on xbone before i got too tired, seems to be a really great game so far. the movement is so fluid and the extra freedom with wallruns and double jumps and all that is fantastic.

Shooting mechanics seem to be pretty similar to the cod's I played years ago which is just fine, no complaints. Will have to get more playtime to comment on the rest of the gameplay tho.

Mechanics are similar to COD, which is a good thing. I still think they have the smoothest mechanics for FPS games. Titans are disappointing though. They seem fairly weak and die pretty fast. You spend most of your time running away and waiting for your shield to recharge. Overall, decent game so far, but I hope they have a hardcore mode in the full version.

A damn awesome game! Can't wait for the launch since the other Titans would totally change the game experience from beta. I still love Rodeoing Titans, got 41 Titan kills just for that. And 5 Titanfall kills!

I've never rodeo'd the titans, but i love getting into a group fight, sacraficing myself and then blowing up the other titans hahahaaha

I've rodeo'd a few titans but am at a loss as to what to do when on them. I tried dropping a grenade in them halo 2 style but it didn't seem to work lol.
