    Here is a question. Lets say my corp earns 100k and I pay myself 80k. Is it work it to use the remaining 20k to pay into the mortgage? That would mean extra personal tax.

    His advice was really shit right out of the gate on that one too.

    I've been watching PPL for a bit now too, and I'm tempted to buy it mainly for their dividend. I'm not sure what the price of the stock is going to do though... What do you think the price of the stock is going to look like in the next year or so?

    Yes, bought in about a month ago. Kicker with lending loop is you can't hold it in a TFSA or RRSP so you need to be pushing 12-14% to be the same as a 7% investment in a TFSA.
