Default Which Cloud Document Manager Do You Use?

I need to figure something else out for a client, they're currently using Dropbox to store 75 gibibytes of customer purchase orders, quotes and engineered drawings. All documents are filed by customer ID and name, then they're accessed and edited by multiple departments in the company, often simultaneously without knowledge from both parties. Dropbox simply creates a new version on a save conflict which is no good.

I've seen Google Docs and I like how it will show you if someone else is viewing or editing the file you're working on, plus merge the changes when it is saved, it also has a nice web interface for accessing the files or a mobile application for your phone.

Sharepoint seems pretty good and it integrates with Office but I think Microsoft is the devil and will avoid it if I can.

My choice would be Amazon WorkDocs but I can't seem to find much information on it. Does it allow for collaborative editing of files? I like the interface for the web version and there are also mobile versions but how nice is the interface? I just can't find video of it anywhere. I signed up for the trial but my account is locked for some reason, I'm waiting on it to get unlocked.

Are there more? What's the best one for a company of 30 employees? We have our own server on site which I manage.

It's actually construction. I looked at Procore and it looks pretty cool but it looks more like a project management tool with document storage included. The versioning of drawing files is cool but it sounds like I would have quotes in my quoting tool, drawings in this tool and then something else for coolaborative document editing. I'd like to find something that allows me to store and collaboratively edit the files (drawings, quotes, contracts....).

I've done a lot of collaborative editing of documents with google, and I really like how it handles it, but my business is a much smaller scale. Actually just starting a project with six people accessing the same document, previously it's been a max of three.

I just looked into it and found a few issues with it:
    1. You need a commercial Office365 account for each user accessing it if you want to edit Microsoft documents in the web interface.
    2. Trying to download the files and open them in LibreOffice for Linux doesn't work at all. You can't save them back as the necessary file types to upload them back to the server.

SharePoint / Office 365 gets my vote.

They just released the simultaneous editing feature too.

You can use Box with Google Apps / Suite instead of MS.

It's not even a difficult problem to solve. Most people don't want to transition off Microsoft Office. Give them sharepoint online and call it a day. If they bitch about pricing, show them google apps at 1/4 the price and i guarantee you they'll force everyone to transition.

Once the initial transition pains are over, Google Apps does the job and does it well.
