Wireless Security options

Hoping someone can give me some recommendations on camera options for a property that is in the middle of nowhere with no wifi available. I would also prefer battery operated units. The perfect unit would be a camera that has cellular capabilities such as these but they do not seem to be available in Canada.

There is a few options you could choose from if you want to view it from your phone.

-wind/solar pole for mounting camera and gsm unit. (Expensive, but allows more freedom for equipment choice)
-depending on the range from the nearest power source, you could have a security company install an alarm.com enabled panel like the dsc neo where the wireless motion detector also has a camera that transmits an image once motion is detected through the panels built in gsm and back to your phone.
(I've seen the range on these motions clear 1km, but that was with very little structure in the way.
