I`m specifically looking for silver and light blue streamers and balloons.

Theres a place on 37th street and richmond, behind the new safeway, its a party supplies store. Never been it, dont know what they have to offer.

Its called Canuck Amusements. They have pretty much everything imaginable. I would be surprised if they didnt have the colors you want.
