Monthly utility bills

I am new to alberta and I am looking for a place and we are trying to factor in the monthly utilites...

the place we are looking at is a 3 bdrm, 2 bath, 6 appliance place with a detached garage...its in the red deer area...anyone have any ideas on what we can expect

Living in Red Deer with a 1300 odd Square Foot home no garage, with 3 bathrooms, 6 appliances, and i pay $100 for gas, $70 for Power, $50 for Water/Sewer/Garbage/Recycle (all one bill from Red Deer).

I usually budget $400 for bills, but that includes cell phone, internet, Sat TV.
