    Default projector suddenly shutdown

Just bought a Viewsonic projector. After turning it on for 30-45 mins, it suddenly shuts down. I'll power it up again and 30-45 mins later, it'll shut down again. According to the manual, it's due to abnormal temp. I've tried placing it so that heat wouldn't be trapped, but that doesn't seem to work. Both fans inside seem to be working. Any ideas how to maintain a normal temp or so it wont suddenly shut down? Thanks

I found that elevation in Calgary would do it, you're a kilometer above sea level there. Check the menu in your projector settings to see if there's a High Altitude setting, that helped with my projector. Also turn off bright mode if you have it as this makes it get hotter faster.
