i went last week, food was alot better than it used to be 3 years ago. i dont like how the car magazines were all gone the counter did remind me of calgary court setting. overall service was alot better. drinks tasted the same, wings more expensive though

went there on the saturday, the drinks are very bad , the perals/bubbles thingy are very bad ... no idea why people keep going there ...

we finally checked out bubblemania tonight after all the renovations and improvements were made. the inside looked much bigger from before and the lighting was also the same dim setting prior to the renovations. overall, i thought it was ok.

now comes the food. we ordered 40 salt & pepper wings, 10 mild, 1 order of the rice with eel, 1 green apple drink, a pop and 2 watermelon bubbletea. the wings were really good and the size, well, they look like chicken wings, hehe. although our watermelon bubbletea were a bit watered down, we let it slide this time around because the service was exceptional.

i was seriously expecting the food to take over 30 minutes to get to our table since that's what i was used to prior to the renovations and also based on what some of the people here have been saying. well, we got all our food within 10 - 15 minutes. note that we went on friday at around 9pm; it was very crowded. very, very surprising that it was so quick!

overall, my experience tonight with bubblemania was excellent and should they continue their efforts to increase the quality of service, i think they'll get plenty of repeat customers.

for bubblemania...tonight, hehe.

To explain the speed of your service, in case you're wondering, and not that theres anything wrong with this, but most places on wing nights, just cook wings all night long, or in giant batches.... one time at Seanachies, I'm not even exaggerating, we got our 40 wings in less then 2 minutes after ordering..... we didn't even have drinks yet.... I was in shock.

probably cuz u dumped the whole load into ur drink freezing everyone of them
I personally love their drinks, and they're relatively cheaper than other places am i right?
i really liked the chicken wings but almost all of the salt and pepper ones weren't fully cooked. zzZZzz
but i am not a fan of the environment. Everytime i go there i fear my car being keyed or just the fact of the "ccrowd".. kno what i mean

yeah, i kinda figured that but i mean, it's bubblemania, afterall! we were so used to waiting 20 mins to receive 15 minutes for our drinks and another 15 minutes for 10 wings, lol. i guess the biggest surprise is the wings itself..out of the 30, we didn't find any 'mutated' wings, hehehe.

It's been pretty crazy the last few weeks with the holidays and everything!

I'm glad to hear so many people enjoying their stays at Bubbles.

We've made some changes to the procedure of how we make some of the drinks, in response to some of the comments you guys have made. And remember, if you prefer your drinks to be less sweet/more sweet/more tea, etc., just let your server know when you make your drink order. We'll try our best to make your drink to your preference.

Also, just wanna let you know that the magazine rack is back up. The selection is Performance and Maxim for the guys, as well, we will be adding Import. For the girls, there's a few different fashion mags like Vogue, Elle and Lou Lou. Also, there are some HK mags. But please bring them back to the rack when you're done with them. I had to fight to get the rack back up b/c alot of people leave the mags on the tables and it's one more thing the servers have to do on a hectic list and most of you know how crazy it gets on weekends.
Playing cards are available as well too. They're $2, but yours to keep. Or you're more than welcome to BYO.

i honestly dont understand why you let people play cards its a restaurant right? if i wanted to play cards i would got to the casino. Anyways this is just my personal opinion but i say get the customer in and get them out, its all bout turn over and maximizing the number of tables you get a night… I have been there numerous times waiting for a table when clearly 2-3 maybe 4 tables aren’t ordering aren’t eating or drinking they’re done and good to go pay or something, but just sitting there playing cards and wasting time… its happened to me enough that if theres a line for a table ill just leave. Im positive that im not the only one.

I know me and my friends (usually groups of 5-6) play Big 2 while waiting for our food. After we got our food, we just eat then head out... I'm very conscious about getting out as fast as possible when its busy, as I know what it's like to wait.

^^ IMO I don't find her that attractive but her boobs are fun to look at. just hope that it's busy and she's removed her sweater hahaha. can't wait to see what summer will be like
