    Default New ZR-1 Corvette

We got this in at work the other day...

its on loan from GM, the serial # is 21 so there is obviously a few of them floating around.

This one is brand new, still had the plastic on everything when it came in and all the little accessories (side skirts, mudflaps, wheel caps etc) were still wrapped up and inside the car...

    Enough talk.... pics!

no price or fuel mileage yet

Brakes are bigger than most cars wheels... they are made of some kind of carbon ceramic... sounds expensive

    rear brakes

interior is pretty nice- pics do no justice

Of course, someone had to start wrenching on it haha, installing all the accesories etc

    set up in the showroom

Magnificent minus the rims. They come off as slightly tacky. But wow...what a machine. Loving the front lip as well.

Those wheels remind me of the sort of chrome that comes in those model car kits - the stuff made of plastic.

Would look so much better with gunmetal rims on it. Cool car otherwise.

Agreed - those wheels are brutal.

How wide are the fronts, anyway? They look wider than the rears on my car!

Agreed with everyone on the wheels. Use less tacky ones, chrome rims belong on SUVs!

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

The wheels look fine. Its all the blue in the engine bay and blue calipers that doesn't look right. I know its the blue devil and everything but still. You'd think it wouldn't be that big of a deal for them to match the body color to those parts. But I guess so

    Regardless

so the stupid hood window wasn't just some sick joke from the prototype designers to pull off of the actual production model?
